Welcome to IPG Auctions. By participating in our auctions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and professional auction experience for all parties.

Bidding and Auction Terms

Bidding Notice: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids. All bids are final, legally binding, and cannot be retracted. Winning bidders must complete payment within 72 hours of the auction's close. Bidder Registration: All bidders must register and be approved before participating in auctions. By placing a bid, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. Item Descriptions: Items are sold “as-is” with no warranties, expressed or implied. While descriptions are prepared with care, no sale will be invalidated due to inaccuracies or omissions. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Firearms Sales: All firearm sales comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Buyers must pass background checks where required. Failure to pass a background check will result in the firearm being resold on consignment, with standard fees applied. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Payment and Fees

Payment Methods: Accepted methods include cash, debit card, cashier’s check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, and wire transfers. Online and credit card payments will incur a 5% processing fee. Out-of-State Purchases: Payments for purchases over $100 must be made via wire transfer, certified cashier’s check, or online payment. Taxes: Sales tax will be applied to taxable items, including the buyer’s premium, unless proof of tax exemption is provided.

Shipping and Item Pickup

Shipping Services: Shipping is available for eligible items. Buyers must contact IPG Auctions to confirm shipping costs and fees before items are shipped. Firearms will only be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

Shipping Fees:

Pistols: $15 handling fee + shipping costs. Long Guns: $25 handling fee + shipping costs. Ammo Lots: $10 handling fee + shipping costs. Pickup Policy: Purchased items must be picked up within 7 days of payment. Items not removed within the specified timeframe will be considered abandoned and may be resold to cover storage fees.

Legal Notices

Liability: All items are sold "as-is," and IPG Auctions assumes no responsibility for errors in descriptions, defects, or damages after the sale. Buyers are responsible for their items upon acceptance of their winning bid. Disputes: Any disputes regarding bids or purchases will be settled at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Abandonment Policy: Items left unpaid or uncollected after 7 days will be deemed abandoned. The buyer's account will be frozen, and IPG Auctions may pursue legal action to recover unpaid balances and fees.

Additional Terms for Specialty Items

Currency, Collectibles, and Precious Metals: Values listed on packaging are not guaranteed. Buyers are encouraged to verify the condition and authenticity of these items before bidding. Titled Vehicles: Titles will be processed in accordance with Idaho DMV rules. Buyers are responsible for verifying title requirements in other states. Firearm Returns: Refunds are not available for firearms if a buyer fails a background check.
